My momma always said that the two things that made anybody the most beautiful were confidence and a smile. My goal at Alyssa Rose Makeup Artistry is to help you find both. :)

What makes you feel the most beautiful?

Over the years I’ve had amazing opportunities to work alongside and be trained by some of the top artists in the world as well as high end cosmetic and skincare companies like Trish McEvoy, Bobbi Brown, NARS, Armani, MAC, Arcona, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Chanel, Sisley, Dermalogica, Tom Ford, Chantecaille, YSL, etc… I’ve had the honor of working with TV personalities, bands/music groups, models, actresses, designers, entertainers, influencers, tired moms who just need a little pick-me-up, women battling cancer, divorcee’s trying to “get back out there” and start dating to find their “swag” again, survivors, heroes, and some of the most incredibly inspirational people you could ever meet. Beneath all the glitz and glamour though, we’re all just people. Beautiful people.

As a plus-sized single momma to a beautiful biracial baby girl, I sure don’t fit society’s beauty norms and I'm really ok with that. Every age, race, shape, size, gender and unique beauty is not only welcomed, but celebrated in my chair.
